In 2000, two college grads set out to redefine IT support. Starting out in a cramped basement, Mat Nguyen and Mike Harris founded Worksighted with a vision of delivering enterprise-class, relationship-driven IT support to small and midsize businesses. By focusing on strategic, growth-oriented solutions and passionately supporting end users, Worksighted has earned the trust of hundreds of organizations across Michigan. In the 17 years since, our firm has grown a team of over 60 incredibly talented people. We pay special attention to cultivating an internal culture that rewards entrepreneurial thinking, passionate client service, energetic collaboration and absolute accountability. Liked Eric's positive and pleasant attitude. He also suggested to update my laptop for speed - something that I mentioned in the conversation. This was not part of the issue on the ticket and it is good to know that Eric listened to offer extra help.
