Guys, I should NOT have to be passed thru the regular help desk and then the Yankee Help desk and then wait 45 min + for a tech to call me back for something that could be fixed in 5 minutes or less by cancelling and restarting a process on the Terminal Server. I could fix my own problem if I had admin rights and save myself 45 minutes of time. I would still have been waiting had Rene not called me on a separate issues and had the initiative to solve my problem (THANKS SO MUCH RENE!!! :) ). Same problem happened earlier (last week), got passed thru one help desk to the other (Yankee Help Desk), only to have to wait for a tech again. I get the volumes fluctuate, however, when I could solve my own problem in 5 min or less, its hard to justify being passed thru 2 help desks and being put on hold 2-3 times.

Thanks for your help on this, was a learning experience for both of us! Appreciate all the research you did, Rene! And, thanks for the solving the QuickBooks login issue while you were on the phone. Would still be waiting for a tech to call me back.

Not real impressed with Service Delivery here. Called the help desk, and got punted to the Yankee Help Desk (who is that?!). Yankee was clearly unfamiliar with CLG, had to repeat and spell everything twice. In the end, all they did was schedule a tech to call me back. Feel like the first help desk could have scheduled the tech without sending me to second help desk. Problem was solved (turns out it was an easy fix) and the tech responded promptly enough, but again, not sure why I got sent to a second help desk or why that step was necessary.
