I am not sure why this mailbox was deactivated...

I am not sure why this mailbox was deactivated in the first place as multiple items still are going to this email to include all amazon orders, invoices that we were not able to set up under the general accounting inbox as well as many other that have not yet been transferred to where they needed to go. Deactivating this was very reckless and irresponsible. And you put your employee under a lot of stress in order to get it up and running again which was very unfair. Very disappointed!
