I really liked that I was not provided a "band-aid fix". Instead, both Josh and Robert worked on this issue to ensure that everything worked out for me and even checked on other VMs to make sure those worked as well. Very patient.

Greg got into a video call with me and assisted with the problem. He noticed right away that the wires were not plugged in correctly. He suggested that he could work on it in person the next time he was in, but I had experience working with this sort of stuff so he just provided instructions and guidance on how to sort out the issue best. Greg is a very nice and understanding person. A++!
