When I called initially, on a Saturday, I wasn't expecting to be able to even speak to a technician, so I was mightily impressed. My ticket was created in detail and when the technician contacted me, he was able to go right in and solve the problem. It's not great having to work extra on the weekend and having someone fix my roadblock so quickly was heaven.
