I test the original email that was causing problems and it still cannot be forwarded with the Outlook desktop application. I successfully forwarded this BizRating email (as a test) so something has been improved. The Outlook deficiency can only be resolved by Microsoft since all the current updates were applied.

This issue has been dragging on for years (since 2015) and over the years, the 3 or 4 IT companies that ALF had were unable to figure out how this list could be shared with the rest of the staff. Kudos to Stephen for figuring it out!!!! We really appreciate it. ALF is so very happy with the team from Bulletproof.
