Nelson did great. Solved the problem and ensured that I knew where to check volume settings on Teams Mtg playback and microphone. I should add a thank you also to Matt Bruce from the other ticket 345178...he added the BoardroomUp computer to Bulletproof list of computers that can be accessed remotely by Bulletproof....Nelson was able to take control right away....we didn't need to go through Quick Access. Thanks everyone.
