Josh really spent time listening to my concerns and printer/computer issues and made me feel heard. he was kind and patient even though my computer is super slow and gave a lot of insightful advice. I really enjoyed working with Josh and hope I get him the next time I have an issue, which as awesome as he is I'm hoping I won't have any more issues for a while. Thank you for being amazing Josh!
