Overall Integris has been great to work with and work through problems with. They come through when I need them to!

Encourage all techs on Team Griffin to update cases with detailed information so that all other techs have a full understanding of what is happening when a need arises to reopen a ticket and so that the customer is not required to remember the history of the ticket.

We receive excellent service from Integris as a whole, from our CIO to the Managed Services Concierge to the technicians that respond to our tickets. Everyone is so kind, patient and responsive to our needs. They also keep us updated on upgrades that will be needed so we can budget for them, which is very helpful.

Integris has been an excellent partner. Kip and his team are very responsive and address our needs quickly. CT has helped us a lot and is very knowledgeable and open with his recommendations. I trust CT to tell us how it is and value his input. Jon does a great job supporting us and in the rare cases we need to escalate, he takes care of us. Beth did a great job and Mike has jumped in to take over our account and is doing a good job. I get a lot of managed IT service vendors reaching out to me at least weekly and I tell them we have a great partner so not interested because of the Integris team supporting us.

Everyone is timely and helpful and really good at explaining techy gooru to those that don't understand
