My laptop was stolen while I was out of town. I was in sheer panic for what information could be pulled from that equipment. Thanks to NetEffect helping us install second and third-factor levels of security, I needn't be. Thank you, Koal, for that reminder - and help with changing my passwords. Much appreciated!
