There was one issue on this ticket. I submitted the ticket using CommandPost (8:07am on November 6) and selected the category at the bottom "Something Else". I did not get the usual email confirmation with a ticket number nor did my request show up in the list of tickets. Since I thought it did not work I put the ticket in again (9:16AM). This was not ideal and is it an opportunity for Bulletproof to improve.
