Tough to give a rating as nothing was really done. I could not remember my password for my email and I had sent an email to the helpdesk to get it reset. Before anybody responded in a day or two, I had already remembered my password and did not need the assistance anymore.

The time to complete the task was satisfactory....

The time to complete the task was satisfactory. A point was lost because the phone line quality on my first attempt to call was staticky and I was disconnected. An additional note, when I received a callback, my phone's call display did not say "Bulletproof IT", it said "6627 Lawrence".

Nelson was great helping out with my printer...

Nelson was great helping out with my printer issue. Slow Internet on my end didn't let him get everything extra done that he wanted, but he said to let him know next time im around a faster internet connection and he will get it completed. He was also able to install a program for PDFs that I hadn't gotten a chance to install yet.
