Phil was amazing. I was very worried about what was happening in my email as of late. Phil investigated it and then got on my computer and figured it out. He explained it to me thoroughly which I appreciated. He was professional and provided excellent customer service. He also took care of a couple of other suspicious emails while he was working on the original issue. It is always a pleasure to work with Phil. He is an asset to your organization.
