Justin did a great job in fixing the black out screen issue. However, I was on hold for a considerable amount of time which was not pleasant. This was prior to speaking with him. Not Justin's issue, but annoying nevertheless. Thanks Justin!

Kyle did fine once i was connected to him. it was a 1 minute fix but i was on hold for over 45 minutes. It would be nice to talk to an actual person to see if I even need a technician. Someone else might have been able to tell me what to do without that long hold. And FYI, i tried the call back number once before and never got a call back. When i mentioned that to the receptionist at my next call, she said I need to push * or # or something after the call back number or you don't get the message, but that is never mentioned on the voice recording. If that is the case, then you need to update your recording.
