This has been on ongoing issue for months and...

This has been on ongoing issue for months and just when we thought it was working, it wasn't. I really appreciated how Shem didn't give up on it and took the time to reach out to Konica Minolta (numerous times) and was able to get it working again. He monitored it and emailed me just like he said he would to check in, over probably the last month or so. Thank you Shem!
