Austin was very patient with me while I tried everything I could to get one of my three monitors working! He helped me with every scenario we could possibly think of. Then, he did his part with updating the firmware. And just like that, I was back in Business!

I waited on hold for 30 minutes this morning then it hung up on me. Then I waited on hold again for 15 minutes before deciding to leave a message. After around 2.5 hours had passed with no call back, I called back and got Chris. He fixed my issues pretty quickly. I do not know what changes have happened at Integris but your wait times have become terrible. About am month ago I had the same issue and didn't receive a call back for 5 hours when I was no longer at my computer so that wasn't helpful. Chris was helpful but whomever I was assigned to that never called back was not.
