When I edited my ticket to show my reduced availability, Aaron sent a calendar invite for a specific time that I was available. When he was tied up and unable to call me at the appointed time, he sent me an email at 3 minutes past, and called at 8 minutes past. He communicated well. He was willing to show me how to do the task myself, even going so far as to write up instructions in a WordPad document. He never left me "hanging" for long while he read notes, or did something else while I couldn't "see" him doing anything. Aaron was a joy to work with.
