I gave a 9 instead of a 10 because an email was sent to me that the problem would be looked at at 10:00 am PT, which would have been 2:00 our time. I tried not to use my computer in case they needed to take control. No reply, no contact. I understand that when it comes to electronic devices a 15 minute job can take 2 hours. The next morning when I logged onto my computer, problem was fixed. Excellent, several emails had been sent reflecting what they had done and if I had any concerns. Great job well done.
