Great help

Adam was very good at communicating by keeping me up to date with the schedule status. His knowledge and expertise, was impressive. He had my equipment back up and running much faster than I had anticipated.

Nate is always a pleasure to work with. Always quick to resolve the issue.

Our previous IT dept. told us something could not be done Ryan handled it in a couple minutes and did a great job! I would highly recommend!!

I am so amazed at how Iconic can take a stressful situation and turn it around. When the Senior Attorney desperately depends on his dictation program to work correctly on a daily basis and it stops working, it can make the whole office stressed. Colin called me first like I had asked and found out the general complaint and then went straight to work by contacting the complaining party. He worked patiently via phone conference to help the attorney (who admittedly is not even the slightest bit tech savvy) get his program working again. The attorney was extremely impressed with Colin. EXTREMELY! Midweek the following week Colin called to check in to make sure everything was still working properly. Kings to you Colin!!!
