It was a pleasure to work with Jed. He was on top of our issue with phones and internet being down. Jed was in constant contact with me and our 3rd party phone/internet vendor until they rectified the issue with his assistance. Great guy who's hands on from the beginning until the end!

I was surprised to have anyone answer the phone, it doesn't happen to me too often. I did wait until almost 6:00 to call, and I start at 3:30. My PC wasn't communicating with the North Printer, but I could send things to the South, which I did. Blayne was very helpful and fixed my situation in a few minutes, he was patient, as I am PC illiterate, and was explaining what he was doing and I was back to being able to print in the North. Thank You, Blayne.
