Although I submitted the ticket on behalf of Greg and his workstation, I was not included in the status update. The update went to Greg's email and fortunately he forwarded it to me. It would be helpful to be included in the updates on tickets that I submit on other users' behalf. I am quite certain I made this request before. Special recognition for Nelson who corrected an additional popup issue Greg mentioned to him.
