Rob was very quick to fix my computer issues. I couldn't open an adobe document in email and I couldn't open up the adobe application. He fixed both in a matter of minutes! Thank you!

Migration to one drive resulted in not being...

Migration to one drive resulted in not being able to print. After a time this was resolved, however, now I cannot get into any of my drives. Disappointing that I have yet to have a positive experience initially since Bulletproof took over.
