Both gents were great. I wasn't able to connect with Keegan, but he reached out multiple times to try to match up with my schedule. Ahn Tuan took over while I was on the phone with him and quickly identified the issue and gave more potential work arounds until such a time as Chrome fixes their known issue. Both guys are great!
