Melissa and Kevan are both extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I give them both A++. Melissa calls and keeps me updated which is essential if you have email issues! Leonidas simply sent an email to change an email password - which we employees don't have the capability to change. Jason is a difficult person to try to work with to resolve any issue. He feels he knows what is happening before you even explain. He is very condescending, demeaning and talks down to you if you ask questions as well as talks over you as you try to explain the situation and what you need help with. He doesn't explain instructions in terms that makes it easy to understand. He told me I just needed to change my main password and that would change both my computer login as well as my email. I did learn from Kevan, that is not accurate. I do not have any confidence in having Jason handle any of my tickets. In speaking with coworkers they have all expressed the same frustration in dealing with Jason so I don't feel it is just me having difficulty working with him. .
