Eric was great. So patient with all of the old machines and the wonkiness that they seemed create. Multiple testing, testing outside the network, to make sure they worked before I sent them home with staff to work remotely. It took longer than he and I expected but it was a success. Haven't had any one with any issues so far. Knocking on wood. Even on Monday and Tuesday last week, when I was under a lot of stress from the partners to have staff work remotely ASAP and we still have 4 machines to test. He understood and worked quickly and efficiently with me. I appreciate all of his help.
