I didn't give the highest score because I had to call in the next day to resolve the issue the ticket taker said someone would call me back the same day that did not happen.Once I called in second time issue was quickly taken care of.

The work done by these employees was great, they were all very kind and did what they could to get our issue resolved. HOWEVER.......the response time from Integris as a whole has become extremely slow. This issue we had with QuickBooks should have been escalated due to it involved companies with payroll that needed to be completed, and we were entirely too close to not being able to pay our employees on time. But because Joel took the time to ensure we got the issue resolved things did work out in the end.
