The rating was supposed to be a three, but that selection did not work. The forwarding of emails to Kyle and Trenton was not done properly (or completed on time, 4:00pm on Friday). This is like dropping the baton in a relay race. Trenton had to phone today to get information and get it fixed. Logan held a high position at our company and the delay in responding to his emails is not good. It makes me question how well the rest of the user deactivation was done.
