I really appreciate that the person who answered the phone was able to help me with the issue. This is so much better than my prior experiences where the person who answers the phone has no technical expertise and even if my concern was high because I can not do my work, they still just entered info and placed a ticket and I had to wait some time for someone to get back to me. In this case, the issue made it so that I was not able to do my work but to my surprise Juan Carlos was allowed/and able to troubleshoot with me and provide a solution on the spot. Thank you for changing/improving the process.
