Mark went above and beyond to assist me in getting connected to the VPN. The winter storm was playing games with my internet connection and he helped me troubleshoot the problem to see if it was my internet or the agency's . I appreciate that he did as much as he did. Once he determined it wasn't the agency he spent a little more time with me telling me what to check on my laptop. He is truly an asset to your organization.
