Bob did a wonderful job, taking the time to investigate the issue further when it became clear that it was more complex than initially thought. He was patient and finished up his work to resolve the issue regardless of the fact that it was the end of the day and our employees left. Lastly, he followed up the next morning to ensure and confirm that there were no longer any problems.
