John was amazing. Verified that everything looked good on the firewall. There is an issue with my specific laptop it won't connect to the secure wifi. It was able to connect to the open network this morning. We tested another laptop and that connected just fine the Secure. We closed the ticket. At a future date, if we want the laptop to connect to the the secure network, I could re-open the ticket. Great customer service. Followed up first thing and very knowledgeable on next steps.
