Rey was customer focused and worked hard on fixing the issues. The initial call was to get a software installed and unfortunately other issues were found when trying to reboot the system. The call ended up having me without a workstation from 8:30am-12pm. There was a great loss to productivity and resulted in the delay of project deadlines.
