A few files were missed transferring. Finding them took time and support from other office staff. For staff like myself that are technologically challenged it is a frustration. However it his not a deal breaker response, I am not upset or angry, coworkers were able to find a solution for me. Thank you for your continued help.

Hi Bulletproof. I had a virus alert on this call and when I called Bulletproof I was on hold for10 - 15 minutes . . . not good since we are a law firm and our documents are privileged. But the fellow I spoke with 'Ray' was excellent. He removed the virus and my files are protected. SUGGESTION: Create an urgent line for CLG Law Firm because if we get a virus we can't be waiting in the que for a Technician as the virus eats away our client/solicitor documents!
