I was a little confused about how I was supposed to get my issue taken care of. Apparently I have to be at my computer to fix the problem, and I am not in the office very often. So I tried to schedule a time to fix the problem, but when I called AMT, I couldn't understand the person who answered the phone, and he seemed confused that I was calling, leading me to believe that there was a different protocol that I should have been following. I did eventually get connected to the tech, but then there just seemed to be even more confusion about what I was asking. Some of this might have been caused by instructions from my superior in-house, but it just felt like a frustrating process that took longer than it should have.
