I received a call from Andy right after placing the ticket. I was in a meeting and could not take his call. Andy (with little input from me) was able to give me some options to try on my own via email. I was able to fix the problem while still in my meeting based on Andy's recommendation. When I called asked for support, I knew this may have been a software issue with adobe (which it was) and not really an IT problem . Not only did Andy fix this issue for me, but I was able to share this fix with co-workers who have had similar issues. Thanks, Andy!
