James provided excellent service, he demonstrated excellent communication skills and was able to resolve the problem in a timely manner. He also disconnected our remote service while he researched, which was good for me because I am on such a time schedule (considerate).

Super quick, noticed that we were adding a new user in the next few weeks and asked if we wanted to leave the license open to transfer to the new staff instead of inactivating the license. Then adding a new license for the new staff. Great way of looking at the big picture and streamlining a couple process.
