I will say, once I was able to connect with a team member, the process was smooth. However, since the changeover this is the second time I have "tried" to set up a ticket by email, and it took 5 days to resolve. I wait by the phone for the appointed time someone is supposed to call me based upon the email I receive, and nobody calls. Then, I get an email to reschedule the call, and this goes on and on until I give up and call to speak to someone over the phone live. You may want to look at this process a little further.
