Exceptional. Followed up through the day, called comcast. Made sure we were both on the same page as to when the estimated time to restore. Followed up in the morning, to verify no problems. Doubled check the servers and firewalls were working normally. Very impressed.

Quick in responding and understanding the problem. Figured out that it HP issue. Remove the problem software, fixed TEAMS and other issue. Great job and flexible to work with Melissa's schedule.
