Once again Adam provided exceptional service. He was able to pull data from my previous desktop and bring it to my new one, saving me a couple of hours of work rebuilding the 1099 tax file. This issue was in addition to the printer/scanner problem for which the ticket was initiated. He was able to fix both in a short amount of time. Adam has provided incredible support in the transition to the new laptop. In addition, I work remotely and part time - he worked around my schedule and was prompt in contacting me at the scheduled time. Thank you, Adam!
