Chris did a great job of helping get the initial ticket resolution going. Once it got way more technical, Nathan stepped in to complete to ticket. Nathan was very patient working around my scheduling conflicts to test solutions. He also managed all support calls with the vendor. My involvement was only where needed and the majority of the work was completed by Nathan. It may seem like a small thing, but I'm so grateful for all the time that Nathan spent on the phone with the vendor so that I could focus on my project deliverables and deadlines.
