Son and Jed saved the day!! Christina had to deal with my upset phone call and was extremely patient and was able to move my ticket to get my problem resolved. Between the team my printer was fixed but Son was the star when he came out to the office and would not stop until my printer and scanner were working - he is a pleasure to work with.

The ticket was for an email that I received from Verizon in regards to service for 3 phones lines that had previously been suspended from billing and that was going to soon expire. It was handled and closed out very quickly. :)
