Shaun was outstanding dealing with our issue. This was not a hour on the phone fix, this was ultra technical fix. This fix took a lot of his time, whenever I called to see how everything was going he was so forthcoming of the issues involved and always gave me the real time truth. The issue was solved and corrected and we are back up and able to provide the required services to our clients. I would like to take this time to thank Shaun for his outstanding work.
