I will leave as long of a review as possible to explain my experience. We have been working with the Dallas office up to 01/20 and the only reason Jacob connected to help was because of the holiday (MLK) and the unlock request I sent in was routed to him as an emergency request. I do appreciate the kindness of the Dallas employees, but there has not been much progress in over 2 weeks regarding the original lockout issue on my computer. The Dallas team had escalated the issue, but nothing had been done to solve the problem until Jacob stepped in. Whatever he did to make the wheels start to turn, I appreciate. He has wonderful customer service skills and made me feel very supported and prioritized. It was a pleasure to work with Jacob and I sincerely hope he gets recognition for this review.
