Bulletproof was slow to respond. The queue length appears that you have many tickets to deal with. Since I was able to bypass the problem myself our problem wasn't a rush. I discovered a solution myself. Bulletproof did not review my solution. The score would have been a 1 out of 10 but I gave a bonus point for closing the ticket quickly after my last response.
