Deactivation service was requested for end of the day. Alex was kicked off her computer at 4:15 pm and her shift went to 5:30. I contacted the help desk and they gave me the password to sign into the computer but individual program passwords had been changed so she was unable to complete some work. Next time I will request the day after the employee's last day to avoid this problem.
