The team set my laptop up to print on all of our print devices in Houston. I only had to ask once to have this done and your team completed the work without any disruption to my schedule or my work obligations as well. In other words, they did the job right the first time without having to be asked more than once. What a great concept! Thanks and keep up the good work.
