- It felt like the technician working on the issue might not have had the right knowledge to assist with the problem at hand. (Any after hours technician should be at least a level 2 and if they do not have the right skill set - reach out to someone on the team who does. Technician should have stuck with issue until determined as resolved as this was an emergency.
