Christopher did great. It took him a little longer than the previous two guys to figure out how to bring back my Macro on my excel program. However, he was very courteous, showed me that he was giving me his best effort, and exported/saved my Quick Access toolbar personalization to My Documents folder, so that when this happens again, anyone in his team can just import them (including the Macro). He didn't just want to fix the issue today, but looking forward. Thank you!
