Mark researched the issue I described and called me within 5 minutes of my submitting the ticket. This was the end of a business day and my last task before closing the books for the day. Everything was fixed quickly and I was able to export the revenue to QB before leaving work at my normal time.

Scott provided choices of how to close a prior employee's email account and the consequences or each choice as it applied to licenses, access and finances. Once I made my choice he acted upon it and provided a timeline from start to completion. Thank you!

The only reason I scored Shelby Helms one smilie lower than Bruce Welton is because I didn't speak with Shelby directly-I don't think?! Anyway-Bruce exemplified CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I hope you guys are super proud of his work! He was patient and encouraging the whole way through, and my "dilemma" seemed to be a very complicated one that necessitated pulling in a different agency, plus a tech guy in my work county who isn't the friendliest person. I'm VERY pleased with Bruce's help on my issue! He hung with me until things were right!
