This ticket was a question and the question was answered. The subject was for the following: Are Firmware updates covered under the current service agreement? The response was no. After evaluating the Firmware update that was released, Dell released the BIOS Update to remediate several Vulnerabilities with a CVS score greater than 8.0. In all, around 30 Vulnerabilities were addressed in the update. Dell did not itemize the vulnerabilities and just listed the total, with a statement that there were more than one with the CVS score above 8.0. In the Integris agreement we are required to ensure that the systems are under warranty and updated in order to get support, so this is a little confusing.
